Gym Wall Padding and Protective Padding Construction and Installation
Full Circle provides padding for all possible safety elements at your facility. Wall Padding, Stage Padding, I-Beam Padding and Post Padding can prevent injury in gymnastics area, wrestling rooms, student activity centers and out on the playing field. Full Circle can also provide padding for those unusual areas that require a custom solution. Such as equipment boxes, wall columns, railings or anywhere injury may occur. Our pads meet all ASTM standards and are also available with E84 Class A Fire Rated materials that are required by some building codes.
Top Quality Construction
Our gym wall padding is constructed using 1/2" thick OSB plywood backing, 2" high density urethane foam and is permanently covered with tough 18 oz. coated vinyl. A 1" lip is left at the top and bottom of the pad to attach to the wall. The pads can be bolted directly to the wall or attached using aluminum channeling.
Professional Installation
Our professional technicians will travel to your location with all the tools and equipment needed to install your wall padding. We strive to limit the disruptions to your facility as much as possible. The wall padding is delivered by us to your facility on the day of installation and installed using our aluminum channeling system which installs the pads flush to the wall and will last through many years of heavy use and abuse.
Stage Padding
If your gym does double duty as an auditorium the stage can present an obvious danger to your athletes. Stage padding is made of 18 oz. durable vinyl and 1 3/8" polyethylene foam. The pads are made with hook and loop fasteners which will keep the pads secure during activities. Self-adhesive hook and loop fasteners are included to attach to the stage. Stage padding is custom made to your specifications. Full color digital graphics are available for an additional charge.
Post Pads
Square, rectangular or round post pads are available with 4" thick high density foam with tough 18 oz. coated vinyl for protection. Square and rectangle pads are available with 2" foam upon request. Standard Velcro closure is included to secure the pads to the posts or optional grommet closure is available. Made with die cut foam, the pads are self-standing and will not sag. The pads are your best bet for safety.
I-Beam Pads
I-beam pads are designed to minimize the hazards of body contact with steel support I-beams. They are easy to install and are carefully crafted of 4" thick high density polyfoam covered with tough 18 oz. coated vinyl to provide the maximum protection. I-beam pads attach with a Velcro hoop and loop system. They are available up to 10" wide and 8' high.
Digital Graphic Printing
We offer custom full color digital graphics as an option on all of our gym wall padding. Graphics are printed using a wide format digital printer that is environmentally conscious and has the ability to print white ink. With this process the UV curable ink used offers great adhesion and durability and will have a nice matte finish on the standard color vinyl. This will decrease glare and make the graphics more visible.
