Will I be charged sales tax?

FCP collects sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts.  If you are tax exempt we require a copy of your certificate. You may email it to info@fullcirclepadding.com or fax to 508-285-2502.  Please include your order number when sending.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order.  You may check out as a guest however we recommend setting up an account for easy reorder and to track order history.

What are the steps to set up an account?

To create an account for our online store you start by clicking the Register/Login link in the top right corner of the page. You then fill out your email address, password as well as your billing address and phone number. Choose if you would like to receive e-mails regarding special offers and then click Register.

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password you can receive a new temporary password by clicking on the "forgot your password" link next to the login button on the login page.

You will then be asked for the e-mail address associated with your account. Once submitted a new temporary password will be sent to your e-mail. 

After logging in with the temporary password you will be required to change your password. You can change your E-mail or Password at any time by clicking on the "Change Password" link after logging in.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Master Card or Visa for all online purchases made within the US.

Currently we do not except international order through the website. However in the near future international orders will be taken through the website and other payment options will be available during checkout.

Will my credit card be charged as soon as I submit my order?

For order within the US your credit card will be authorized when you place your order and charged when the order ships.  If there is an item on back order, you will not be charged for that item until it ships and additional shipping charges will apply.  We will email to notify you of any back orders.

For orders outside the US your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase and order will be shipped in current lead time.

When will I be charged for my Back Ordered Items?

Back Ordered items will be charged when they ship and additional shipping charges will apply.  We will include a copy of your order and payment receipt with the package.

Shipping

How will my order ship?

We ship all domestic orders Ground UPS by default.  We do offer UPS Next Day, Second Day options.  When placing your order choose the appropriate shipping method you would like. Please be aware that orders that contain pads will need to go through production and will ship in our current lead times. Any expedited shipping will apply to the ship date, not the date the order was placed. 

In the near future International customers will have the ability to orders directly through the website. International orders will ship using the Global-e Smart Cross-Border platform. Carriers used range from DHL, UPS, FEDEX or other local postal services depending on best rate and country.

How do I ship to a PO Box?

If you need your order shipped to a PO Box you will need to call 508-285-2500 or email customerservice@fullcirclepadding.com the order.   We can ship to a PO Box via US Postal Service and we will need to quote the shipping charges accordingly.  Additional handling charges may apply.

When will my order ship?

Pad orders generally ship in 10 business days. Large orders may take longer. Expedited shipping may be chosen during checkout, however pad orders will ship in our current lead times.  Please select your shipping options during checkout accordingly.

All in stock parts and accessory orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Most cable orders placed by 12:00 pm EST will ship within 24 hrs. Monday-Friday.

*Note:  All items in cart will ship together unless otherwise requested. (Back ordered items excluded).  If you need parts or accessories shipped right away, please place those orders separate from your pad orders. Additional shipping charges will apply.

When will my back ordered items ship?

Any items back ordered will ship once they are in stock.  You will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number the day it ships.
