I just wanted to personally thank you for all the fantastic customer support you provided. I installed all the pads on Wednesday and things could not have gone smoother. I'll be honest I was a little nervous making a large first order but my expectations were absolutely exceeded.

The client was so happy and loved the larger roller pads. Everything fit perfectly. I left y'all a 5 star google review and let my fellow fibrenew franchisers know about my great experience.

I just want to let you know how impressed I am with my recent pad order from you. I ordered a pad for a Chest Supported Row machine and since it was so old I had to submit my own sketch. You absolutely nailed it with the custom pad. It fits perfectly, the density of your foam is much better than the original and the ABS you added to the bottom is amazing. I will also say that you do fantastic job with your packaging. Very friendly customer service was also greatly appreciated.
