Important Note: All pads and cables are made to order and therefore non-returnable. Please contact customer service with any questions prior to adding to cart.

Orders containing Pads currently have a 5 week lead time. Large orders may take longer. Expedited shipping may be chosen during check out, however pad orders will ship in our current lead times listed above.

All in stock parts and accessory orders will ship within 1-2 days. Most cable orders placed by 12:00 EST will ship within 24 hrs. Monday-Friday.

Any order placed after 12:00 EST will not ship same day.

Do not order parts and pads together on same order if you need the parts sooner than our 5 week lead time. Please place two separate orders for parts and pads.

All item numbers ending in "-DS" ship direct from the manufacturer and may take 2-3 weeks.
